Welcome to Yoga Sacred Space. By accessing our website (www.yogasacredspace.com), enrolling in any of our courses or teacher trainings, or communicating with us in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Enrollment & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in any yoga teacher training or course.

  • Full payment is due by the date specified in your enrollment confirmation.

  • Payment plans may be available upon request and must be honored as agreed.

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • For cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • If Yoga Sacred Space cancels a course or training, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future training.

3. Online Courses & Access

  • Access to online course materials is provided for the duration specified in your enrollment.

  • All course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

4. Certification Requirements

  • Yoga teacher training certifications are awarded upon successful completion of all required coursework, assignments, attendance, and assessments.

  • Missed sessions must be made up as per the program guidelines.

  • Final certification is at the discretion of the lead teachers and Yoga Sacred Space faculty.

5. Health & Responsibility

  • By enrolling, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the program.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any health concerns or conditions before the training begins.

  • Yoga Sacred Space is not liable for any injuries or losses incurred during participation, whether in-person or online.

6. Use of Website

  • The content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated or changed without notice.

  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any materials from this site without prior written consent.

7. Privacy

  • Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We respect your confidentiality and will never share your details without consent.

8. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all students to participate with respect, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
