Yoga Sacred Space – Online Yoga Teacher Training Programme
Start your yoga teacher journey with our easy-to-follow online training. The course includes engaging tutorials and pre-recorded lectures that are clear, practical, and enjoyable to follow. A built-in progress bar helps you stay organised while giving you the freedom to move through the material at your own pace.
You’ll receive insightful workbooks, downloadable materials, and pre-recorded audio to accompany you on this journey. There are also pre-recorded lectures and group sessions. So not only will you expand your knowledge, you’ll also have the opportunity to make lifelong friendships with like-minded people too.
‘The Asana studio ‘section is where Physical asana practices are in sections and sequences, the approach to this foundational structure can be athletic or gentle, restorative according to the needs of the individual. Videos, photos, and downloads aid this open and inclusive approach allowing each student the chance to find and refine their own style of yoga teaching.
You will also learn the deep spirituality and power of chant, mantras and meditation that reshape the mind.
Course leader, Teresa, will be in the background as you delve into self-care, spirituality and many other aspects of transformational yoga practice.

Teresa’s own journey to self-mastery of this ancient tradition began at age 14 years old and has taken her from her home in Ireland to the Yoga Vidya Dham (Yoga University) in Nasik, India where she lived and completed her accredited yoga teacher training almost 20 years ago a highly revered Ashram with her continuous training with the masters of yoga Los Angeles, USA and Mysore, India. Teresa has been constantly and consistently training the teacher’s ever since and has a long list of skilful teachers in Ireland and across Europe. Teresa’s ethos is one of continuous self-exploration and dedication to learning and self-mastery.

Yes right down to the certification, however I am (Teresa) in the backdrop if you need help/ support simply by booking a free 20 minute call and a zoom one on one at the end assessment (optional).

You will follow the ‘tracking bar’ as you go through until it has reached 100%, you will have submitted your essays and quiz at end and a zoom assessment with Teresa if you so choose!

Yes, it is approachable and designed for all bodies, all ages and is designed to be taken at the individuals own pace.
It can be used athletically, like a powerful workout or slow down into easily accessible gentle sequences. Visiting “Asana Studio”is fully open to the student on purchase, as each module opens up every four weeks to the student from purchase date.

As you go through this course, you will replay and repeat tutorials until you are comfortable with what it is you are learning. Then from that point you will share with someone (usually friends and family) as you are going through this course. This will slowly and effortlessly build your teaching skills. As you will only teach what you love, and that keeps changing as you grow.

Yes.Yoga Sacred Space School of Yoga is a registered established (almost 16 year’s) school of Yoga, connected to Yoga Alliance USA .This certification allows you to get insurance and set yourself up as a studio owner, if you so choose.

Once you are certified then you will be finished on the course. But, until that point of being certified, you can be part of the course re reading ,replaying , practicing as much as you like, as long as you like.

Access to the Yoga Teacher s private group, where I drop in some extra ‘Asana Lab’ tutorials and mini tutorials for example Yama’s Niyama’s, the philosophy. Also if a student has a request I can address it via a live streamed video and it will stay recorded into the group for all to access. There is Access to the “Goddess Studio” an amazing studio full of auryvedic beauty tips, Face yoga and Face massage tutorial’s, juicing, sugar free living and why, inspiring mini tutorials to help you live a beautiful clean supportive yogic lifestyle.
